發展⼤事紀
第一階段
- 2007「碩成電子有限公司」正式成立於台北市。
- 2008 進駐台積電、台塑集團、台灣電力…等，知名大型企業合格廠商，提供廠房電力之相關產品與服務，並取得國際知名品牌電力電子設備代理銷售權。
- 2009 提升客製電力設備之建構，協同電力系統設計、電子設備提供、後續之維護保養，一條龍式完整服務，提供客戶最完善的電力解決方案。
第二階段
- 2014 辦理增資，擴大營業規模，並將營運總部遷移至新北市新店區。
- 2015 於中國成立子公司「珠海橫琴碩成貿易有限公司」，服務中國地區台商及當地客戶群。
- 2016 於東協地區之緬甸成立合資公司，深耕經營與服務東協市場客戶。
- 2017 跨足太陽能電力備援系統，從方案設計、安裝系統及測試運轉，成功執行操作。
第三階段
- 2019 成立綠能事業部，積極佈局綠能市場，以鋰鐵電池、儲能系統兩大方向為主力，納入研發核心團隊專攻鋰鐵電池開發、設計、BMS 系統之產品完整製成，同年取得EATON台灣區經銷代理權。
- 2021 以碩成鋰鐵電池自有品牌「GALLANT」打入市場，包括中興電工、友達等多廠，同時與工研院、北科大共起「能專計畫」，自主鋰鐵電池 BMS 電池管理系統之研發。碩成儲能系統進多廠科技廠實際測試對接。
